We understand that plans may change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a notice of at least 48 hours.

If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a non-refundable deposit fee of £25 will be forfeited. This policy ensures that we can manage our appointment schedule effectively and accommodate other clients in need of our services.
